You just realized that a team workspace project is better suited as a personal project. 🫢 If you're the creator of the team workspace and an admin, you can move a project to your personal workspace.
Individual tasks can’t be moved back to projects in your personal workspace. You can only move team projects.
Quick tip
Drag the desired project in a team to your personal workspace in the sidebar.
- Select a team project in the sidebar.
- Click Edit.
- Select My Projects in the workspace menu.
- Click Save to confirm.
Non-creators: Move a team project
If you're not the original team creator, and you try to transfer a team project into your personal workspace, you'll see a notification to contact the team creator for help.
The team creator can move the project to their personal workspace, subsequently share it with you, and then leave the project, if desired.
